Delivery policy
All portraits are delivered digitally via email. Delivery times are 3–7 business days depending on the package. You'll receive a high-resolution JPG and PNG file. We'll confirm your order and send updates by email.
Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with the final result after all revision rounds, you are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. To request a refund, email us at [email protected].
Terms of service
By placing an order you agree that the photos submitted are yours to use. We do not store or share your photos with third parties. The delivered artwork is for personal use only. Commercial licensing is available upon request.

What photo should I send?
A clear, well-lit front-facing photo works best. The face should be clearly visible. Avoid heavily filtered or blurry images. You can send multiple photos if needed.
How do I receive my caricature?
After payment, email your photo to [email protected] with your order number. We'll deliver your finished portrait to the same email address as a digital file (JPG + PNG).
Can I request a specific style or theme?
Absolutely! You can request specific backgrounds, themes (beach, anime, cartoon, watercolour, etc.) or include a message. Just mention it when you send your photo.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept GCash, Maya, credit cards, and debit cards — all processed securely through dLocal Go. No bank transfer needed.
Can I get a physical print?
We deliver digital files only, but the files are print-ready at high resolution (300 DPI) so you can print them at any local shop or print service.
What if I want changes after delivery?
All packages include revision rounds. If you'd like changes, just reply to the delivery email describing what you'd like adjusted. We want you to love the final result.
